Our
former experiences affect everything that we do. Everything that
interests us. Otherwise, we do not waste time on it. Sometimes, we
think that we are wasting our time, until we find someone that looks
at what we do and understands it. Perhaps he understands and
discards it, but it could also be that he seizes what we have done
and transforms it. Then, what we did continues living in the new
thing.
The
history of the human works is made of batons that go passing from
one hand and one mind to the other, always changing and always being
the same. As in a garden, where the trees endure on the land that
goes on receiving the rain of years and the work of many hands that
follow each other.
